International Sales Manager - Agro Chemicals/ Crop/ Pesticides

- Designing and executing the appropriate Sales & Marketing strategies for the Company.

- Development the new markets in line with the company's ambitions.

- Achieving budgetary targets

- To analyze market competitiveness and support pricing negotiation with suppliers

- Develop a good understanding of market needs and gaps within current portfolio and identify cross selling opportunities

- Defining, developing and deploying marketing and business development strategy for the selected new market opportunities

- Contribute to substantial organic growth for the company, by realizing firm projects

- Display strong personal accountability, professionalism and customer/ product expertise at every customer touch point; successfully conduct quarterly or annual business reviews at a corporate level for each customer

- Ensuring the regular and relevant communication with potential clients.

- Having thorough knowledge of necessary registration procedures for export

Qualification And Experience:

1. B.Sc/M.Sc. in Agriculture with 2-5 years of experience in international agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Soil Nutrients, Seeds, etc.

2. Sound knowledge of agrochemicals

3. Able to generate Export orders on agrochemicals independently

4. Positive outlook, perseverance and resilience

5. Strong desire to succeed

6. Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team

7. Able to appreciate the wider goals and objectives of the organisation

8. Effective negotiator

9. Good planner
