Our client collaborates with event organizers of trade shows and conferences around the world to become their official engagement app. Past and current clients include UBM, Messe Frankfurt, Messe Munchin, FICCI, HKTDC, among others.
As the Intl Sales Head - Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team managing international clients.
What you will do:
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships at an international level
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling and web services
- Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyzing the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
- Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Over 6 yr experience minimum.
- EU and US market experience must (min 3 years)
- Should have experience in SAAS/Tech Sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
