I am currently hiring for Business Development Managers - New Business Acquisition - Business Hunting role.
Exp. Preferred: Working Experience in International Territories.
H1B, EAD, US-GC, B1, J1, Tier1, Australian PR, Any International Visa/Work Permit preferred for International Placements.
Position and Responsibilities
- The role will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue both from geographical expansion and from developing our existing sales by hunting or harvesting with existing and new customers spread across international geographies mainly U.S, Europe, APAC, EMEA and others with focus on International Market Development, New Market Entry and Branding for the product and services for Fortune 1000 Clients at International Locations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the company's revenue
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of sales function
- Hire and develop sales staff
- Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Educate prospective and current clients about the Company's value proposition and service offerings
- Engage with prospective and current clients to understand their business problems, analytics/ research needs and suggest potential solutions in line with Company's capabilities and suite of service offerings
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Personal Attributes
To be considered an ideal candidate, you should be extremely competent and motivated sales Managers who has:
- Strong Experience in Concept Sales, Solution Sales, Services Sales across the sectors majorly KPO, IT Services, Analytics, Research, Consulting, Enterprise Solutions etc.
- A strategic, resourceful, & creative individual who is a proven hands-on sales leader that thrives in fast-paced, high energy environments
- Commercially savvy, strong track-record of proven success in making & closing complex sales
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, & relationship building abilities
- Logical thinker with sound analytical capabilities. Able to grasp difficult concepts at top level
- High energy, tenacious and resilient
- Open for International Travel.
Qualification :
- MBA or Engineering from Top Colleges like IIM"s, XLRI, SIBM, SCHRD, TISS, IMT, MDI, ISB, IIT's, BITS, DCE, preferred.
