Summary of Role:

Your role will involve:
- Payroll lead for UK, US, Germany, India, Singapore, and Japan
- Ensure that the payroll department runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Ensuring that all employees in the business receive their correct earnings on time.
- Verifying that all employee payments satisfy national laws and guidelines, specifically for UK, US, and Germany.
- Ensure records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
- Analysing and reporting on payroll data
- Provision of financial reports
- Developing and refining payroll processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with internal customers
- Manage and resolving any issues related to payroll.
- Coordinate with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts
- Organised work ethic with exceptional attention to detail
Requirements:
- Must have experience in managing payroll and pensions for a global company, ideally with locations in UK, US, Germany, and India
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge about all the statutory compliances regarding payroll and labour law in the respective region specifically UK, US and Germany.
- Ensuring all the post payroll payments statutory compliances are done on time.
