Description
- Handle APAC sales in Nutraceuticals - Herbal Extracts having application in FMCG, Pharma, Health Supplements and Cosmetics.
- Lead and develop the team from the forefront while managing key accounts and P&L on a PAN India basis and Asia Pacific.
- Working on developing the market base for product demand
- Explore new avenues for the promotion of Nutraceuticals in international market
- Take ownership of business in aggressive and fast growing market
- Managing key customer experiences and feedback
- Understanding the market knowledge and positioning product accordingly
- Knowing and analysing customer demands and meeting them by virtue of experience in Nutraceuticals
- Growing and Nurturing the sales team over a period of time
Profile
- Seasoned sales/ marketing professionals having relevant 10+ years of experience in sales of Phytochemicals/ Nutraceuticals for humans.
- Strong stint having covered international market - particularly APAC
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant experience and knowledge of nutraceuticals with respect to different international markets
- Candidates interested in challenging assignment of entrepreneurial journey showing the value addition
- Enhancement of sales and strategizing the long term growth in the territory assigned - APAC
