Roles and Responsibilities:
Five long term full-time programs
- 2 year PGDM
- 2 year PGDM (Human Resource Management) - PGDM (HRM)
- 2 year PGDM (Banking & Financial Services) - PGDM (B&FS)
- 18 month PGDM (12 months coursework plus 6 months project)
- For people with 5 or more years of work experience
- Fellow Program in Management (Doctoral Program) - FPM
- Identification of target group (TG) for each program
- Planning communication
- Planning channels for communication
- Execution of marketing campaigns
- Managing entire sales funnel
- Engagement throughout with people in different stages of the funnel
- Admission operations
- Managing online admissions platform vendor
- Application forms design and testing
- Application form processing
- Shortlisting for interviews
- Scheduling and managing interviews
- Releasing offers
- Managing waitlist
- Retention for those who pay first instalment of fees
- Minimize withdrawal
- Create and track budget for entire vertical
- Manage team members in vertical
Key Skills:
- Apply a data-driven approach to manage strategy and measure performance
- Analytical and creative thinking, with attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative working style
Required Education and Experience:
- Master's degree from a premier institute, preferably in Business Management/Administration
- 12-15 years of experience in B2C services marketing and sales
- Out of which at least 3 years should be in higher education/EdTech
- Exposure to digital marketing and lead generation techniques
