International HR Ops - BFSI

We are currently scouting for Manager - International HR Operations for one of our leading MNC financial services client based out of Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for managing the HR related activities for the employees deputed in US & UK.

1. International HR operations – Compliance, policies, processes, control day to day operations

2. Payroll – Oversee payroll activities, compliance, vendor management

3. HR System – Vendor management, be functional expert, tap future requirement and build on

Candidate Profile

- Post graduate in HR with 6 to 8 years of experience

- The person should be well versed with laws and regulations for these nations, like visa norms, statutory employee benefits etc.

- Exposure to international operations

- Metrics and process driven

- Strong customer orientation

- Exposure to payroll
