International/Export Sales Manager (Alco Bev)

- Develop and manage Revenue and volume goals by Brand, by Country

- Develop and maintain a profitable Duty-Free business

- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.

- Collaborate with logistics companies and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.

- Educate Distributors, Importers, Agents and accounts on Co's Brands

- Collaborate with Brand Managers (internal) and International Agents (external) to ensure brand identities are maintained consistently

- Lead selection and contract negotiation of international partners and agents

- Work with Operations team to ensure all volume demand is communicated in advance.

- Act as liaison between international agents and Operations team to ensure compliance and customs requirements are met.

- Work with Operations team to determine and align on best practices; in-bond transfers, bonded storage, duty drawback, etc.

- Monitor and ensure that the all the A&P activities are carried out within the budgets and timelines.

- Initiate and develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that inhibit sales & profitability.

- Continuously review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to management.

- Provide monthly and quarterly export business performance.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with Proven experience of 5+ years as an International Sales Manager or in a similar role within the liquor industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

4. Direct accountability for results - goal and results oriented

5. Wide product knowledge

6. Self-starting enthusiasm with can-do attitude

7. Ability to develop relationships and influence accounts

8. Passion for distilled spirits and/or alcohol industry

9. Resourceful, creative and organized with ability to manage timelines and logistics

10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

11. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

12. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (experience with export management software is a plus).
