International Business Manager (Russia & CIS) for MEDICAL DEVICES
Reporting to Director - International Strategy/ Group CFO

Responsible for :
- Devise sales strategy, Channel/distribution Partner/s, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met.
- Responsible for developing new key accounts to increase customer base.
- Plan / Support local conferences, workshops, roadshows in coordination with marketing team
- Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) through clearly established systems/procedures.
- Follow-up with debtors & credit control to ensure timely overall billing & collection.
- Manage KOLs of the region.
- Implement Inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stocks; keep a tab on slow-moving items & achieve a reduction in inventory management cost.
- Develop Channel Distribution strategy, revenue Generation, Business market Penetration & Increase Market Share in the region defined.
- Ensure schedule & compliance adherence to various laid out processes & take action in cases of lapses by team members.
