International Business Manager - FMCG/OTC

About Company : leading company which is the part of big conglomerate.

Location : Mumbai

CTC can go up to 30 to 35 Lac PA depends upon the current CTC

Should have Min 8 to 15 years experience in Ayurveda / OTC / FMCG products. B2C products International sales and marketing, Distributor appointments, general management, Strategic planning, Coordination & Liaison, Revenue & Profit Growth, Regulatory requirements, Export.

Job Description :

- Experience in handling the developed will be preferred.

- Should have hands-on Experience in International sales.

- Plan of launch of new products with estimated investment, sales and contribution.

- Regular travel to assigned market and report on the outcomes.

- Ensure coordination with Regulatory team for Dossier submission and MOH query resolution, create a launch calendar SKU wise and country wise in alignment with the Business Plan committed.

- Ensure Coordination with the PPIC and Design team for smooth functioning.

- Ensure agreement signed with distribution channel and registration consultants are aligned with corporate approvals and implement the same in letter and spirit.

- Create new leads in existing markets and new channels in new territories

- Professionals from Food, Dairy, OTC, Ayurveda, Personal Care and FMCD industry will be more preferable.
