- P&L Owner for the international business

Client Details :

Our client has one of the largest D2C portfolio of India in the durables/wearables space based out of Gurgaon.

Description :

Drive Revenue :

- Direct Revenue via the e-commerce category team for marketplaces

- Direct Revenue via the marketing team for Brand Store

- Indirect Revenue via the Offline Distribution Team

- Indirect Revenue via the International Team

Drive Contribution Margin :

- Own CM across component elements - Pricing/Unit Economics, Product COGS,

- Working Capital, Logistics, Marketing

- Product Development

- Work with Product Development to identify gaps and new products wanted

- Work with Product Development to bring down cost of existing products

Supply Chain :

- Direct Ownership - Demand Forecasting 3 months to 6 month ahead

- Indirect Ownership of Supply Chain

- Manufacturing

- Inbound Logistics

- Outbound Logistics

Marketing :

- Work with Branding & Marketing Team

- Directly Drive Performance Marketing Spends for Digital

- Internal Strategy Team

- Monthly Weekly Pricing Schemes

- Discounting Strategy

Profile :

Someone who has launched and expanded business in international markets and someone who has been working in digital - first organisations.
