Job Description: International Business Development Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven International Business Development Manager to spearhead the identification and expansion of new business opportunities across international markets, with a primary focus on Europe and other regions. The successful candidate will have a solid background in the Pharma industry, a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals, and exceptional negotiation skills. As the International Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in launching and scaling our business in designated geographies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new international business development opportunities, specifically focusing on Europe and other ROW markets.
- Proactively identify potential partners or acquisitions overseas to expand our presence and offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end process of launching and scaling our business in the designated geographies.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D and Production teams to ensure seamless product launches and delivery.
- Manage and nurture customer/client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and conversion through effective business development strategies.
- Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills while interacting with partners and clients.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of business development initiatives, from concept to execution.
- Exhibit flexibility to travel, both locally and internationally, based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in business development within the Pharma sector.
- Strong lead generation and sales skills with a keen aptitude for negotiation.
- Exceptional ownership of tasks and a track record of successfully navigating complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel locally and internationally based on business needs.
