International Business Development Manager / Exports Manager

- Research potential market, develop and employ strategies for international Sales spearheading business in identified markets.

- Establishing partnership, identify Distributors, Importers, Discounters and Country Representatives.

- Incharge of Sales Operations across the globe by establishing goals and monitoring the volume of sales from all focus countries.

- Implement marketing strategies that are in alignment with the local laws of a country

- Managing the legal approval process and proposed efficient activities for a particular region or area.

- Managing the International Logistics operations, keeping compliance with customs laws, notifications, tariffs, EXIM policy and procedures, and RBI rules and guidelines.

- To meet the departmental objectives and achieve operational efficiency benchmark

- Process statutory compliance and mandatory clearances

- Coordinate with QA team / Production team/ Any other related functional team for product/packing development, product customization for Export specific products.

Qualification And Experience:

i. BE & MBA with 2-5 years in International Sales preferably with exposure to USA, Canada, Europe, Dubai, and Australia

ii. Analytical skills, Accountability and adaptability

iii. Understanding of international trade compliance requirements

iv. Budgets planning and finance
