International Business Development Manager
Develop individual business plans for each country. Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities. Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute business development strategies in key international markets to ensure superlative results in company's growth.
- Employ, engage and develop appropriate distributors and partners that help the company solidify its brand name in the assigned territory that should result in business growth.
- Deliver and achieve company's short term and long term targets in international markets
- Ensure that the channels are aligned with the company's long term vision and strategies
- Represent the company in international events and trade shows that help capture the maximum market share for the company's products in a sustainable way.
- Work with channel partners to identify and address customer queries and issues to ensure long term customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation through email marketing and outbound calling.
- Pre-sales activities including preparing collaterals and proposals.
- Meeting / Calling clients for new business acquisition.
- Marketing of company services.
- MIS reporting.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Should be BE & MBA from Premier institute or university with 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation. "International sales"
2. Should be Self-starter & sell Products in International Market THROUGH market research & data mining.
3. Excellent Analytical, verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work in team, leadership skill, persuasive skill, analytical ability.
5. Customer- centric attitude
6. Excellent calling skills, pleasing personality & proactive.
