- Collect and synthesize market feedback to continuously refine our service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE & MBA with Extensive experience in business development or sales within the Manufacturing Industry B2B.
2. Exceptional proficiency in English with strong negotiation skills.
3. Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
4. Proven ability to analyze market trends, build rapport with clients, and develop actionable strategies.
5. Strong time management and planning capabilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and other business-related software tools.
