Internal Technology Lead role:
- The candidate should have started his career as a Software engineer, then has grown to a Project Implementation Manager of CRM solution like (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce), maybe last role of this candidate is Client facing Project Manager
- He should managed projects for the implementation of CRM/ ERP for end clients of companies like (Wipro, Infosys, Accenture etc).
- Mandatory is to have experience in Client engagement / management.
- Lead and implement the roll-out of an integrated technology system across sales, customer service, operations and finance functions, in addition to deployment of technology in support functions such as talent acquisition and human resources
- Responsible for partnering with the various functional teams in fine-tuning the processes to ensure they are scalable before building the technology system around it
- Responsible for identifying and implementing technology enabled solutions for solving business problems such as sales tracking and productivity, quality of customer service, efficiency of our support functions and so on
- Responsible for identifying the right technology solution options, and identifying and managing vendors for implementing customisations (if any)
- Responsible for all phases of implementation and for on-time delivery, including detailed system design, system development and integration, testing, training and go-live processes
Ideal qualifications:
- Total 8-12 years- experience in leading and implementing internal technology systems, ideally in a fast-growing MNC environment; prior experience in a business role such as sales and account management would be ideal.
- Understands business/process, can make build vs. buy decisions, brings vendor eco-system, not afraid to code.
- Can dissect multiple business process and user needs, architect a solution, rapidly prototype applications (personally if needed), design UI, build the database/network/application infrastructure needed to roll out at scale.
- Experience / Exposure to different roles such as Project Manager, Functional consultant
- Experience of working as a Solution Expert in client facing roles with focus on business requirement, solution design, client communication and team management
- Experience in all phases of Implementation like understanding overall business requirements, business requirement gathering, blueprinting, detailed design, system development and integration, testing (including UAT), training, and Go-Live processes
- Strong Project Management experience in new technologies and in automating manual processes, need to be well versed in agile methodology of project delivery and should have managed projects with multi-vendor teams
