Job Description - The incumbent will report into National Sales Head & his / her major responsibilities will be :

- To Lead the New Business Acquisition Team (NBAEs)

- To manage India Prospect Base while securing appointments for Regional Sales Managers.

- To support the Regional Sales Managers by producing vehicle quotes and compiling Prospect tender responses.

- To manage follow ups with prospects by CRAM management.

- To Lead the Internal Account Management (IAMs) to achieve Team Target related to production and processes.

- Its a leadership profile where team of 7-8 professionals from different teams will report into the incumbent directly.

The Successful Candidate - Post Graduate qualification – Sales, Marketing, Business Administration,

- Background of Sales, Relationship management, customer interaction & back end processing within financial service.

- Exposure in Financial Services, Loan/Mortgage industry will be a plus.

- Minimum 7 years of work experience.
