- Develop, implement and manage effective Compliance program in line with best industry practices,
- Assess, monitor and contribute to ensure effectiveness of the Compliance program,
- Develop, review and update Company policies, processes and procedures,
- Conduct internal investigations in complaints of violations of Company policies; handle a crisis or violation of Company Policies
- Manage the compliance reports/inquiries/questions/incidents reported through hotline/Whistle blower
- Adopt and lead the roll-out and implementation of policy, regulatory excellence and other compliance initiatives, including identifying key critical-to-compliance needs and determining residual risk
- Execute Ethics and Compliance communication as per the company's plans and policies
- Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope
- Educate, create awareness and train employees, develop training modules on Company policies, processes, regulations and industry best practices and disseminate the same across Company
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses; Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
