Internal Communications Specialist

Total Experience must be between 4.6 years to max 6 years.

Current CTC must be between 7-12 LPA

Location - Gurgaon (Must be willing to travel All around the Globe)

Major Focus of the role is INTRENAL / CORPORATE COMMUNICATION but there would be a rotation within internal communications, marketing communication and media relations/digital Divisions.

Job Description:

- A Master’s degree from Premier School in Communications, English / Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Media, Public Relations, Marketing is a Must

- Can-do positive attitude

- Strong designing skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Good budgeting experience

- Ability to interact with senior leadership

- Experience in organizing events/conferences

- Passion for Communications

- Strong functional communication skills

- Geographic mobility

Desired Characteristics:

In addition to basic qualifications, preference will be given to persons with:

- Demonstrated examples of using an analytical approach to problem solving

- A strong commitment to a career in Communications

- Digital media experience

- Sharp business acumen

- Sharp analytical and judgement skills

- Infrastructure experience

- Clear communicator with self-confidence

- Financial understanding a plus
