Location: Mumbai

- The Internal Communications Manager would play an instrumental role in developing strategic communication for the employees and effectively delivering those messages. This would help the organisation create a culture that would ensure that employees understand and carry out the goals of the company.

Job Description:

- Content creation – focus on internal communication and internal news letter.

- Content development- Conceptualize and execute new design and content in internal portal

- Create articles/ press releases etc

- Design & create newsletters- information across the sectors

- Collation of inputs , conceptualization and creation of group intranet in sync with Corp IT

- Handle internal website content and ensure timely updation

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate in English literature. + Diploma in Communications/ PGD in Communications/ Master in English lit.

- Ability to interact with various senior stake holders

- Excellent writing skills so he/she can deliver clear, targeted messages to employees

- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization

- Good computer skills and experience in programs such as Microsoft Office and InDesign.

- High on energy
