You will lead and support the internal communication function for Honeywell in India. This is an individual contributor role with high exposure to the senior leadership of the organization. It will also involve working closely with businesses, functions and locational counterparts in India and across the globe.

- Formulation & execution of employee communication campaigns
- Leadership messaging
- Internal project management
- Intermediate writing skills - contextual message content creation
- Creating a thematic internal communications calendar
- Creating budgets, driving adherence to financial commitments
- Execution of employee events across India - branding, communication, liaison with vendors
- Creation and execution of
- Quarterly business updates for all verticals
- Monthly newsletters
- Quarterly webinars for all verticals
- Presentations and other collaterals
- Work closely with the external communications team member to synergize internal and external messaging across internal company channels
- Content design - emailers, banners and other visual media
- Managing the company intranet
- Digital media awareness and management
Working knowledge preferred
- Photoshop/ Dreamweaver/ In Design
- Intranet management/ Knowledge management like SharePoint
- Designing in HTML
- Video editing - Adobe Pro or similar
You must have
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, arts, or allied disciplines
- A post-graduate degree or diploma is desirable, but not essential
- 7 years of relevant experience in Internal communication
