Internal Auditor - Risk Management

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our Internal Audit Group (IAG) for a temporary role.

This position focuses on conducting a pre-external quality assurance (EQA) review to pinpoint and address any gaps in our QA practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct a thorough pre-health check of the current QA processes and practices within IAG.

- Identify areas for improvement to ensure adherence to the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) set by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

- Verify the proper implementation of the QA manual and associated documentation.

- Collaborate with the team to execute various QA initiatives aimed at enhancing our internal audit function.

- Prepare for the external quality assurance review scheduled for the following year.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within an internal audit setting.

- Knowledge of the IIA IPPF framework and its application in internal auditing.

- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
