We are looking for Deputy Manager Internal Auditor for one of our leading client in Manufacturing domain in surfacing solutions.

Designation Deputy Manager.
Experience required Min: 5 Years post qualification.
Internal Audit and Internal Control:
- Compile and implement of Internal Audit assignments allocated to him/her audit assignments handling at Factory at Tindivanam and Naidupeta mainly, Regional office, South India Branches &Warehouse and plant locations.
- Control review and help to Plant team to develop their missing control to bring their internal control level up to industry standards implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice ups audits against earlier reported observations and audit points and assess areas of significant business risk.
- Can able to give adequate recommendations against observation report to business team best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements resources down the line and audit assignments audit kick off meeting, onsite audit and audit closure meeting and help to reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls market best practices and help to business team for implementing the same to IA Head for Data analytical project and other similar assignments.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant or CMA (ICWA) with 5 year of experience work experience post qualification in Strong Indian Organizations/ MNCs/Consultants etc.
- Preferred with Plant experience for manufacturing units.
- Have the knowledge of SOPs/Policy drafting and reviewing.
- SAP good knowledge
Must Competencies:
- Quick Learner, strong analytical skill, numerical and problem solving skills.
- Have good communication skills to pass the requirement to business units on internal control.
- Manage team and pre/post audit meeting with stake holders.
- Have experience to write IA reports in good format like in PPT, MS office etc.
- Good communication with strong command over both Written & Verbal Communication.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
