Internal Auditor - Crypto Asset Business - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Define audit universe and plan for the year and ensure conducting audit reviews as per the plan

2. Assist organization in evaluation of industry best practices and standards, including design of internal controls and standard operating procedures.

3. Assist in maintenance of adequate detective controls by ensuring accuracy of reporting by various departments on a regular basis

4. Conduct internal audit reviews of various areas of operations to devise and deploy

improvement opportunities facilitating consistent and adequate process

5. Coordination and update to various CXOs on a regular basis towards multiple governance parameters.

6. To identify potential opportunities of automation across functions with active involvement in developing scripts and assurance on output.

7. To author a detailed work plan for detailed internal review and benchmarking, including ensuring accuracy and integrity of various trading challenges and competition conducted.

8. Evaluation and recommendation on suggestive changes in policy and process dynamics from time to time.

9. Conduct organization vide enterprise risk management program including identification of new risks and control library

10. To develop and define key performance indicators for the team and measure performance based on timelines, quality and improvements

11. Coordination for execution of any third party audit or process enhancement

Required Skills :

1. Chartered accountant or Tier 1 MBA Finance with 5 years of experience with extensive exposure to internal audit reviews, setting up processes and developing SOPs and process dynamics across various functions.

2. Comfortable in using different data analytics tools and ERP applications

3. Well versed with various regulations relating fintech industry including cryptocurrency operations

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership and adaptability to take initiatives and lead from the front.
