Internal Auditor - CA - Mfg/Auto/Telecom

Salary range: 9 - 12 LPA

Require CA- Internal Auditor

- Knowledge of SOX Compliance

- Must have Investigation Experience

- Update on IFC standard (should have some awareness)

- Update on Compliance required

- Should know US and India GAAP

- Communication Skills, Presentable

Responsibilities-

- Organizing, planning and coordinating the entire Audit Program including audit related policies, procedures and standards for the organization.

- Steering adherence to the defined policies, procedures and standards.

- Carrying out GAP analysis.

- Review and report audit findings to local, regional and senior management; Lead interactions with internal stakeholders for speedy resolution of identified issues

- Ensure that exceptions reported in earlier audits are actioned upon and closed as per plan

- Conducted Process, Inventory and Branch audit.

- Visiting the Plants and conducting due diligence audits at supplier end.

- Providing support to statutory auditors and successfully completed IFCR requirements.
