Candidates should be from Consulting/Advisory/CA firm

The professional will be a part of the key management team of the Internal Audit vertical and shall focus on planning & supervising the execution of Internal Audit /Risk Consulting Assignments for mid to large corporate clients.Industries to which our clients belong include Auto Ancillary, Hospitality,Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Power (Renewable Energy), Real Estate etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

- Identify and evaluate client's risk areas covering all significant processes and provide comprehensive input to the development of a risk-based annual internal audit plan

- Develop relevant audit programs & procedures incl. Risk & Control Matrix (RCM)

- Plan, allocate, supervise & monitor the work of the internal audit team comprising Chartered Accountants & Article Assistants across all assignments

- Manage performance of audit procedures & ensure overall quality of engagement deliverable and processes. This includes identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analysis evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures. Ensure completion of assignments within budgeted timeline.

- Create new / suggest modifications for the improvement of existing Standard

- Operating Procedures / Internal Control Procedures

- Draft written reports & participate in presentations to Senior Management /

- Board of Directors of client groups

- Play an active role in hiring & mentoring your team members and developing their skill sets via periodic training
