About the Role:

We are recruiting an Internal Auditor-Acon/Con level for a top consulting firm through a Big4 mandate. This role involves conducting comprehensive internal audits, ensuring compliance, and delivering actionable recommendations. The candidate should have experience in Internal Audit, particularly from non-manufacturing sectors such as Online Travel Agency (OTA) industries, with expertise in risk assessment, operations audits, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed internal audits, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.

2. Identify and evaluate areas of audit risk, provide actionable insights, and support the audit team in implementing improvements.

3. Document and analyze audit findings, preparing clear and comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate processes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize operational efficiency.

5. Ensure internal audit practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Education: Chartered Accountant with 2 plus years of strong experience in Internal Audit.

2. Experience: Strong experience in Internal Audit, with a focus on non-manufacturing industries (preferably OTA or other similar sectors).

3. Skills: Proficient in risk assessment, internal controls, and audit processes.

4. Technical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with audit and ERP software tools.

5. Work Setup: Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks in a remote or hybrid environment.
