Internal Audit Role - Vigilance - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Hiring for Vigilance / Internal Audit for Manufacturing Industry

Job profile:

- Manage and provide support in preparation of cross multiple department review plans and designing Vigilance work programs.

- Perform Vigilance work and process reviews independently & to coordinate/supervise Vigilance activities.

- Ensuring factual accuracy and root cause analysis of the issues.

- Compile and consolidate all findings for discussion with senior management.

- Identify, understand and document processes and procedures surrounding internal controls for business process improvement.

- Assist in preparing Reports, presentations and other MIS for Management meetings.

- Support Due diligence exercise across all functions in all Group Companies.

- Support in conducting financial and operational scrutiny of business transactions and commercial transactions.

Required skills and competencies & Work Experience Preferred:

- CA with minimum 6-12 year of experience.

- Has worked in ERP environment (Preferably having good knowledge of SAP).

- Well verse with MS Office.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Self-starter, team player, a good communicator.

- Candidates should have technical & commercial expertise and Process knowledge (understanding) of manufacturing industry.

- Good communicator, highly energetic with ability to competently undertake the duties and responsibilities required to achieve the set objectives under the given timelines.
