Internal Audit Role - Real Estate

- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, preferably in a managerial role.

- CA (Chartered Accountant)/MBA qualification is required

- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

- Sound understanding of financial, operational, and compliance processes.

- Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
