Description:

- Lead internal audit activities to ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement robust GRC frameworks in alignment with business objectives.

- Coordinate with various department heads for risk identification and mitigation strategies.

- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management, suggesting improvements.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies across all business functions.

- Facilitate cross-functional teams in understanding and implementing risk management practices.

- Conduct periodic training sessions on GRC best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes in the FMCG sector.

Profile:

A successful 'Internal Audit & GRM' should have:

- A minimum of 7 years of overall experience in audit and risk management roles.

- Open to Bangalore

- Candidate should come with experience in working with BIG 4+ Manufacturing industry
