Internal Audit Professional - BFS

Looking to hire Professionals for Internal Audit for one of our reputed clients

Location : Mumbai (Powai)

Experience : 7-13 years

Following is the Job Synopsis :

- To participate as an auditor in a global/ regional audits of risk management functions. This will involve understanding risk management functions in a financial services domain, support audit lead in audit scoping, planning and drafting of issues

- Conducting process walkthrough and identifying key risks and controls, and performing Design and Operational Effectiveness tests with minimal supervision, and document workpapers in line with Internal Audit methodology. To analyse data sets and identify trends, outliers, deficiencies, etc based on requirements of audit steps

- Tracking and testing remedial steps performed by auditees to ascertain if risk is adequately mitigated

- Conducting risk assessments and monitoring performance and developments on a continual basis, and to provide inputs into formulation of the Audit plan

- Applies data analytics well and provides feedback on improvements to design and applications. Considers the use of data analytics including data mining, extraction and analysis. Identify efficiency opportunities including within and across audit projects

- Coordinate with other regional risk auditors where required

- All the above tasks will be expected to be performed under the direct supervision of Risk Management audit in India and regional audit leads.

Other Requirements:

- Some exposure to Banking/ Financial Services and preferably in risk functions or control functions

- Ability to understand process, identify risks and mitigating controls in the process

- Strong analytical and Good problem solving skills
