A fintech, startup, NBFC that focuses on providing credit products such as farm loans, business loans, housing loans etc, catering to farmers, MSME and salaried persons. It also provides non-lending financial services such as farm mechanization solutions and insurance distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly MIS, Budget Vs Actual variance analysis, Preparation of Branch P&L account.
- Maintain operational effectiveness and documentation for internal controls.
- Partner with management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
- Well-versed with IND AS financial preparation and finalisation.
- Liaising with Auditors to ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit etc.
- Handling Income Tax, GST, TDS and other regulatory compliances as required.
- Reconciliation of AUM with product processor
- To coordinate with the tech team for development of new logics in the LMS and testing the existing reports
Required qualifications:
- CA with 2+ years post qualification experience. NBFC experience would be preferable
