About our Client - Our client is a Japanese MNC and is one of the leading manufacturers of electronic products. They have a history of more than 60 years and are in the top 100 of the Fortune 500 list with their global revenue exceeding 50 Billion USD. They are looking for an Internal Auditor to Head their Indian operations.

Job Description - You will be reporting directly to the CFO as an Internal Auditor-Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing the Annual Internal Audit Plan, including operational and financial/compliance audits.

- Hands-on experience of SOX compliances.

- Interacting with the Heads of all the department and understanding the processes currently followed and identifying the key areas and giving recommendations for control

- Analyze risk and the efficiency of existing procedures and drive internal control and operational change and improvement

- Highlighting the shortcomings & implementing necessary recommendations

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 7 years of audit and statutory compliance experience. You should have prior experience of handling Pan India operations. You should have prior team handling experience with excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in an MNC is preferred.
