Internal Audit (Process Audit/Risk Audit)

Job Summary:
- The Audit Lead reports to the Head CMS / Mentor and is responsible for organizing and managing audits, audit related assignment and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manages three or more audits simultaneously, ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of each audit.
- Acquires strong working knowledge of the Group's different businesses.
- Builds strong working relationships with auditees to gather information, resolve problems and complete audits.
- Effectively documents work.
- Identifies, communicates, and solves audit related issues as well as communicating audit progress in a timely and organized manner.
- Supervises, trains and mentors Auditors and Audit Trainees.
- Establishing work schedules using effective audit management techniques.
Required Skill:
- Thorough understanding of business process, systems, controls, and governance requirement.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, technical and research skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete audits within time constraints and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing auditee and business dynamics with recommended solutions.
