About our Client - Our client is a leading player in the manufacturing industry globally with global turnovers over 15 billion USD. They are investing in India and are currently looking for an Audit and Control lead to monitor their function in India. The role is based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the India Finance Director , this is an individual contributory role, with your main responsibilities including:

- Mapping of key control activities on various processes applicable and within the scope of the entity and identify operating responsible.

- Train process owners and operating responsible to the Internal Control system and various process manuals.

- Train operating responsible on the tool for managing internal control activities.

- Manage the self-assessment campaigns

- Prepare and conduct test plans

- Formalize action plan for the non-confirmed activities following the self-assessment and test

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor with atleast 7 years of post qualification experience. Prior experience in Big is preferred.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage senior stakeholders is a must.
