Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management Professional - Infrastructure Firm - CA

We are hiring for an Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management professional for an infrastructure client, headquartered in Bangalore.

We are looking for candidates with the following skillsets :

- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization.

- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor risks.

- Establish and maintain risk registers, ensuring all identified risks are documented, assessed, and managed effectively.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.

- Assist in the development and execution of the annual audit plan, ensuring it aligns organizational priorities and is risk based.

- Monitor and manage the outsourced partner

- Collaborate with the internal audit team to ensure audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards and internal policies.

- Prepare detailed risk management reports for senior management, the audit committee, and the board of directors.

Qualifications :

- Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Chartered Accountant.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or related fields.

- Automobile or manufacturing industry knowledge

- Good working knowledge of SAP as ERP

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
