Internal Audit - CA - FMCG/Mfg

Location: Gurgaon

Education: CA/ MBA (Only Premier B-School)

Requirement: Should have worked in Big 4's and equal brands

Experience: CA (CPA)/MBA with 3 to 8 years of post qualification experience

Professional Qualification and Experience:

- Should have sound knowledge of various processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Ordering & Forecasting, Financial Closing etc.

- Should have working knowledge of risk based audit approach and should have conducted risk assessment & process improvements in his/her previous assignments.

- Working knowledge of SAP & proficiency over MS Office (excel, power point, word) is desired

- Should have basic knowledge of various taxes & other laws

- Willingness to travel

- Excellent report writing skills

- Should have good Interpersonal & presentation skills.

- Should be a good team player

- Should be ready to take up challenging assignments.

- Should be a quick learner and a self starter.

Job Description:

The candidate is expected to:

- Plan & conduct Internal audits and reviews independently, or as a team member

- Conduct Risk Assessment of the business processes.

- Prepare reports and discuss the same with process owners

- Be a part of investigation or special assignments whenever required

- Draft processes, contribute to process improvements and give valuable ideas for cost reduction/ revenue generation
