Candidate Specifications:

Academic Qualification: CA

Professional Qualification:

1. Minimum 1.5 - 2 years experience post qualification.

2. Independent, analytical and positive mind, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with people in different levels.

3. Good presentation and report writing skills.

4. Command over MS Excel, Word and Power point.

5. Exposure to Audit workflow applications would be an advantage.

6. Willing to work in night shifts and should be open to travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The position is within the F&A Internal Audit team and requires skills to understand and map processes, identify underlying risks, design controls. The person would be responsible for:

1. Preparing process RCMs

2. Design evaluation and test of controls.

3. Testing and identification of gaps.

4. Conducting investigations / root cause analysis.

5. Liasing with internal and external stakeholders.
