Internal Audit - Big4 - CA

Big4 has been mandated to recruit an Internal Audit for Financial Sector level from Acon/Con/ AM/ Manager for Mumbai Location

1. Conduct risk assessments, develop risk management plans, and monitor their implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Perform internal audits, control testing, and reviews to identify areas of improvement in business processes and operations.

3. Provide assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, compliance with SOX regulations, and adherence to company policies.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions addressing identified risks or gaps in internal controls.

5. Develop strong relationships with senior management teams across various functions within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. CA is required with 1-7 years of IA exp for financial sector- Not from banking and NBFC- ONLY from Big4 and consulting.

2. Experience in Concurrent Audit , specialization in AML , KYC , Credit and Trade Finance.

3.Leadership skill and other requirement of Manager is as per the firm's requirement

4. Understanding and inclination of digitization /Analytics would be of great help.

5.Looking Candidates Big 4- PwC and EY for the same.

6.Preference is from Mumbai only.
