Job Description:

BNC has been mandated to recruit a highly motivated CA Fresher with experience or exposure in Internal Audit (IA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a 5-month contract role for a services firm. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in conducting Internal Audits and preparing audit reports.

2.Review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes.

3.Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.

4.Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies.

5.Collaborate with teams to implement audit recommendations.

Key Requirements:

1.CA Fresher (Candidates from Top 10 CA firms preferred).

2.Strong understanding of Internal Audit and SOP frameworks.

3.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

4.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

5.Immediate Joiners will be highly preferred.

6.This role is a 5 month contract role.
