Position: Interim Senior Manager (Organization Development & DEI)
Duration of the project : Initially will start with 12 months contract (July 2023- June 2024).
Location : Bengaluru onsite
Capacity required days/week : 5 days a week.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Short description of the project: Lead a 4-member team handling Induction, L&D interventions, anchor central/ division wide Talent Engagement interventions (Recognition platforms, knowledge sharing platform, employee wellbeing, Career Conferences etc), Diversity Equity & Inclusion
- Project deliverables: Ensuring effectiveness of the various interventions run under L&D, Engagement and DEI Charter
- Training & Development lead initiatives on niche programs for execution, operations and leadership levels.
- Rewards & Recognition Design & implementation of the policy for employee motivation. Should be well versed with planning, budgeting, and monthly-quarterly-annual calendar, and execution, wall of fame, non-monetary recognition.
- Diversity Inclusion Driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda for the Organization by designing D&I aligned processes and leveraging Unit Diversity Champions, Employee Resource Groups to up the Diversity representation.
Desired Candidate Profile :- Skills required: MBA - HR (preferably from Tier I institute), 8-10 years of experience in HR, should have team leading experience and preferably FMCG industry exposure.
