Interim Human Resource Head - Technology Sector

- We have two distinct practices - Managed Services model of managing end to end Human Resources function for our clients, and Advisory services - pure consulting on turn key engagement modes. We are sector agnostic and have worked with companies in Technology / Manufacturing / Retail / Healthcare / Media among others. We have had the opportunity to partner quite many business success and growth stories . The Firm currently has presence in Bangalore, Mumbai and Middle East ( Dubai) .

- We are looking for an Finite Time assignment to Head HR for a mid size technology product client based in Bangalore, immediately

- Ideal incumbent is someone who has had 17-18 years of Core HR / Talent Management experience - with at least 12 years in technology industry .

- Has to have have handled Strategic HR, and is expected to be competent in executive level stakeholder management as well as bring thought leadership to address key People agenda areas for the client. 3 -4 years having done IT talent acquisition is a clear advantage.
