Position: Interim HR Manager (DEI)

Duration of the project : Initially will start with 6 months contract & Further can be permanet

Location : Bengaluru ( Jeevanahalli )

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Looking to hire a Lady HR Manger who is on Career Break and want to come back now.

- Objective of the position is, The person will create whole system in inclusion for people with disabilities

- Preferring a person with HR background, Should understand Basic HR Process and how to create (HR Process designing).

- Having ability to work with the Stakeholders

- Diversity Inclusion Driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda for the Organization by designing D&I aligned processes and leveraging Unit Diversity Champions, Employee Resource Groups to up the Diversity representation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

-kills required: MBA - HR (preferably from premium institute), 1-5 years of experience in HR
