Interim Finance Manager(6 months)IT Services Provider

The company provides value-based information technology services, across Enterprise to Custom Application and Specialized Services of Testing, Analytics and CRM.

Expertise in ERP, Portfolio Transformation and Digital Services including Cloud, Social, Mobility is driving change across multiple verticals.

Candidate (skills, experience etc.)

- Financial Accounting and schedule management (Including deprecation) on monthly basis and assistance on Physical verification (as required).

- Migration of the Fixed Assets management to People Soft;

- Preparation and finalization of the supporting schedules of trial balances of the India entity (including all international branches) on a monthly basis, conducting reviews and circulating minutes, and tracking actions.

- Preparation and finalization of Debtors/Unbilled Ageing Report with all required improvements/changes per the business need with circulation to all businesses heads.

- Review of Invoicing to customers and debtors, management of India entity.

- Preparation of the statutory compliance tracker of all India branches (including foreign branches) and its monthly updation.

- Review and filing of Monthly Softex forms to STPI and providing a management dashboard.

- Provide assistance to, and coordinate with BPIS (the client's technical team for business application) for development of new financial reports for full transaction dump (global) in PeopleSoft.

- Automation of Travel advances and settlement, working with BPIS.

- Implementation of shared point folder creation and management

Mandatory requirements -

- Must preferably be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9 - 12 years of experience from large IT companies

- The interim manager is expected to work 5 days at the client's office in a week

- The manager should be very good in MS Excel and communications

- Exposure to PeopleSoft/other ERPs is mandatory for this role.

The interim manager would report to AVP-Finance
