Mission & Challenges:

- Primary Mission: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with corporate goals.

- Challenges: Drive financial performance, enhance profitability, and ensure the effective management of financial risks in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

o Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

o Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.

2. Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

o Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

o Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements for a publicly listed company.

o Oversee the preparation and filing of all required financial documents and reports.

4. Risk Management:

o Identify and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them.

o Conduct regular financial audits and assessments to ensure compliance and accuracy.

5. Budgeting and Forecasting:

o Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

o Prepare accurate financial forecasts to guide business planning and decision-making.

6. Investor Relations:

o Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, providing transparent and timely communication.

o Prepare and present financial results and updates at shareholder meetings and other forums.

7. Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

o Ensure the development and implementation of effective financial policies and procedures.

8. Financial Analysis:

o Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

o Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent qualification.

- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulatory requirements.

- Proven experience in financial management within a publicly listed company.

Preferred Industry Background:

- Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of the financial dynamics of tech companies.

- Background in managing the finances of a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 18-20 years of experience in finance, with substantial experience in a senior financial leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing financial operations in a publicly listed company.

- Minimum age of 40 - 50 years.
