- Capital Allocation: Optimising capital allocation to prioritise high-return investments.

Operational Efficiency:

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing accurate financial projections and managing expenditures.

Financial Reporting and Transparency:

- Financial Health Monitoring: Regularly assessing the company's financial health and reporting on key metrics.

- Compliance and Controls: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Turnaround Strategy Development: Formulating and executing a comprehensive plan to address the root causes of financial distress.

1. CA/ MBA Finance along with 20 years+ experience and a manufacturing background.
