Interim Chief Executive Officer - Telecom Business

Interim CEO required for one of the largest telecom business in India for a period of six months and can be extended depending on further need and mutual agreement.

The KRAs of the position shall include the following:

- Arrest the decline in sales and profitability in the face of disruptive competitive behavior and action.

- Keep the Team motivated through addressing the issues of performers and non performers.

- Design and implement policies and programs which customers can identify as unique provider.

- Strategise to uphold shareholder value.

The position is based in Mumbai.

The person has to be from the telecom domain and shall have a track record of delivering under trying conditions.

Ideally a CEO of Metro circles and now working in telecom Corporate /has moved out to another industry recently would find favour with the client.

Age would not be a bar for candidates who are physically fit and love challenges!
