The range of imported products is organic, featuring premium ingredients and manufactured using the latest patented technology, gives a competitive edge in the Indian skincare market.

- The products are ISO certified and CDSCO registered, reflecting the company's commitment to delivering top-quality skincare in India. This dedication is further endorsed by an internationally acclaimed dermatologist with over 20 years of experience, a pioneer in innovative product formulations and manufacturing technologies for exceptional skincare quality.


- The company aspires to be the preferred brand for every Indian consumer's skincare needs.

Current Status:

The company has completed branding and packaging for their four SKUs under three brands:

- Miracelle: Featuring a serum and cream recommended as a two-step skincare routine for both morning and bedtime.

- Skinbuilt: A collagen kit comprising seven pairs of collagen patches and a 50 ml collagen intensive mist, recommended for weekly use, lasting seven weeks.

- 60M: A single-use sheet mask available individually or in a pack of five.

- The CDSCO registration process is underway, and is expected to be completed by September

Role Overview:

- The Interim Business Head will take charge of leading the company through a critical growth phase, ensuring the successful launch and market penetration of our luxury skincare products.


- This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive both B2B and B2C sales, while managing all aspects of the business to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Strategy Development: Collaborate with the promoted director to develop and implement a robust market entry strategy for our luxury skincare products in the Indian market.

- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve targets in both B2B and B2C segments, focusing on cost-effective strategies to maximize market reach and revenue.

- Brand Positioning: Ensure that all products are positioned effectively within the luxury market, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing consumer perception.

- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient and effective management of resources, and driving continuous improvement across all business functions.

- Financial Oversight: Manage the business's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability during the interim period.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.

Educational, Skills and Experience requirements: MBA from a reputed institution with 15-20 years' experience focusing on Marketing, Strategy, or Operations.

Reporting: This position reports directly to the Promoted Director.
