Assistant Manager/Manager - Finance for Triguna Hospitality

A Chartered Accountant with 6 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience who is well versed in handling accounting, auditing and treasury matters.

1. Corporate finance general accounting which includes inter-company accounting, reconciliation, month-end closing activities, financial reporting and financial statement finalisation.

2. Assistance in Internal Audit and Statutory Audit which includes co-ordinate with the respective persons at corporate location/units to collate the data, prepare the annexures and share the same within the reasonable time with auditors and consultant.

3. Ensuring compliance of Internal Financial Controls Framework establish by management.

4. Maintaining Fixed Asset Register (additions, transfers, disposals, creations, capitalization, depreciation posting) in SUN/Excel.

5. Preparation of Related Party transactions schedule, documentation (e.g. Arm Length Pricing, Business Purpose etc.) and reconciliation of balances and co-ordinate with units and all related parties for details required for preparation of same

6. Support to treasury function of the company.

7. Ensuring compliance to policies/procedures and its up-keeping.
