- A good know-how of the travel market dynamics
- Since the focus is to also cultivate key markets, other than London, as well this resource will be expected to cover London extensively and visit other important markets like Birmingham and Manchester on regular basis
- The role will also involve coordination with the local Travelport team and to also leverage that relationship
- Revenue Target: Responsible for achieving set revenue targets by maximizing sales along with the team by promoting travel on assigned product and also by converting other airline travelers on the assigned products.
- Market Trends: Keep abreast on the latest rules and regulations, market and competitors information. Undertake regular discussions on changing market trends with the reporting Manager.
- Responsible for monitoring the financial viability of the agents.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction at all times by providing quality services to meet individual customer needs. Be patient and courteous while handling difficult customers and impart precise knowledge.
- Ensure that customer queries/ complaints are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Co-ordination: Undertake close co-ordination with reservations and accounts departments with an aim to ensure better service to the clients.
